Background: Company of 50 men, split into 3 sections of about 8 working men. Each section has a Section Commander [SectCom] and a 2ic [2nd in command]
Yeh so I will be going for a 1-2 month long course to learn about leadership and all soon la. Dunno when yet, i'm hoping August or Sept. :P Dun wanna spoil my birthday stuff. Then when i pass out of the course, i'll rise in rank to a 3SG!!!
Wootz! that means pay rise! haha... but that also means added responsibilities.Just thankful to God for giving me the chance to be something more than a normal man in NS. Must take this 1 year more to learn as much as i can too. :)
