Yesterday i went to the hospital to visit my Granny.. she's been warded for vomitting and not feeling too well. When i was there at the hospital though, i went snapping away after i started getting bored... Be prepared, you're about to enter into a virtual tour of SGH as seen in the eyes of a bored teenager. *ZOOOOOOM*

Saw this fat guy and my dad and i were joking that he possibly couldn't be a doctor coz he was so fat.. then a while later, we saw him putting on gloves and twiddling with medical instruments and i was like, oh man... he IS a doc... haha.

Saw this photo opportunity that was too good to miss... well, you'll see loads of them as you tour this hospital wif photos in mind. :) Thot of capturing this shot of lifelessness and the boring gloom of the hospital. Taken in black and white, the mood is brought out even more by emphasizing on the mundane and plain life of a person bound to the wheelchair. Limited moment, limited colour.

The entertainment room, and i use this loosely coz everyone inside looked SO dead that i can't even say they looked a tad bit entertained. All it had was a tv. that's all. hahaha... sigh. SGH has its patients welfare at heart. So encouraging.

Opps. Needless to say no one listens to this. One day someone's gonna use his handphone and his mother's life support's gonna crash on her. Let's see how big a deal the hospitals make a deal of that when it happens. Let's hope it doesn't. :P

Another excellent photo op. Same thing as the first, gloom is everywhere in the air and it's not that hard to find photo ops that have that kinda mood in it. :) Stretchers are so depressing.



This is one of the few good photos that catch a nice light bouncing off the subject and all... the colour and tone of the photo is niccceeee. hahaha... think it looks really nice. and it's not like some super cheem subject, it's jus the door of the ward... brilliant play of light through the glass of the door too.. that's the toilet btw. haha




Oh man... this guy was so funny!!! He was sprawled all over the chair with his arms and legs everywhere!!! haha... And his mouth was GAPING open can!!! wanted to drop sumthing into his mouth!!! hahah it was so tempting. :) But of course all i did was shoot him.... with my camera that is. hahaha



This is one of those medical boxes thing that travel on those electrical lines above your head... The boxes fly past your head in a blur [ok ok, so my camera's lousy and it turned out blur but entertain me here while i make a point], it rushes to deliver impt medical documents to whichever floor it needs to send the info to. It's like a super efficient nurse. haha... zoom zoom.
